         WOOD DESTROYING INSECT INSPECTION REPORTS

Whether you are buying or selling a home, a "Wood Destroying Insect Inspection and Report" will be required. This can become a nightmare if you are not prepared for the unexpected. corrective service will be required before any company will issue a Certificate clearing the house. This certificate is necessary to satisfy the buyer's lending institution.
