Paula has been with Central Exterminating
for over 20 years. As a firm believer of "First Impressions", Paula
insures that all calls coming into Centrals' office are greeted with a smile and a courteous friendly voice! Her
many years at Central enable her to answer most any questions our callers may have, including most technical of questions.
She can even recognise many of our thousands of customer by their voice and remembers a lot of information of their account
both business and personal. Our customers have also come to know her and most conversations sounds like friends talking.
Whether it is a service issue or a billing problem you can be sure that Paula or one of her highly trained customer service
representatives will graciously handle your issues.
Rick Bachman Vice
President
Rick Bachman, Centrals' urban entomologist has been in the pest control industry for 27 years. His vast knowledge of insects
and rodents and their effects on man, are passed on to Centrals' employees on a daily basis. However, he also conducts
formal training seminars on a regular basis to insure that Centrals' technicians are kept up to date with the latest technology.
These seminars are approved by the State DEP for continuing education credits for our Pest Control State Licenses. Rick
himself is constantly attending seminars. In addition, he works closely with some of the chemical manufacturers with
their new products and equipment.
A day doesn't go by without a pile of insects being placed on his desk
to be identified. They come from Central technicians collecting them from the clients, they come in the mail, and many
times customers bring them into the office in person. This service is provided by Central at no cost. Rick stresses
that the only way to treat any infestation, is to "identify the pest first"!
In addition to his educational
responsibilities, Rick oversees the day to day operations of Central insuring the high standards our customer have come
to know and expect are upheld!
Barry Markson
Senior Sales Inspector
Barry has been with Central for 18 years. During his
tenure at Central, Barry has developed a personal rapport with his clients. Most of his clients are on a first name
basis and communicate directly with Barry via his cell phone. Barry understands his clients needs and many times he
approaches them as to certain services they will need, based on the account history, even before they realize that they have
a pest problem. Over the years Barry has developed a vast knowledge of all types of insects and rodents and can design
a program suitable for any pest problem. He has inspected thousands of home and businesses and understands the importance
of meeting his clients needs. With the onslaught of the "Bed Bug" epidemic, Barry's knowledge of this
persistent pest make him one of the top bed bug inspectors in New Jersey.

Central Exterminating has been inspecting and protecting homes, businesses,
industry and schools in our community for 45 years. The name "Central" and "Exterminating"
are synonymous in Central Jersey. Our success is not a secret. We believe that, when a customer calls
us with a pest problem, their main concern is to have this problem rectified as soon as possible and at the same time,
using minimal amounts of pesticides and of course, it must be safe for their family and pets! I forgot to mention, that
they want all of this done at a reasonable cost! At Central, this is exactly what we deliver. Our programs are
designed to only use pesticides when and where necessary and only after we have exhausted all other alternatives. And
when we do use pesticides, they are all approved by the EPA and are labeled for use around children and pets. As a matter
of fact, many of the pesticides we use today are all natural. Central Exterminating keeps their service area to a radius
of approximately 25 miles from the main office in East Brunswick. This insures that if a customer calls with an emergency,
we can be there the same day in most cases. As long as we continue to provide this type of service for our
clients for a reasonable fee, and have the strong staff of employees as we do, Central will be around another 45 years!
